Career Services

Career Prep Advisors in the Arts and Sciences Career Services Office provide assistance with finding experiential learning opportunities such as internships, volunteer positions, or off-campus research positions in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. Career services encourage students to begin career planning as early as their freshman year. Students seeking assistance with a search for full time employment are encouraged to work with Career Counseling and Support Services.  All students should file placement materials at the Career Services Office no later than the end of their junior or the beginning of their senior year.  Students who are interested in the college's cooperative education program (commonly referred to as "co-ops") should register with the Career Services Office in their sophomore year. This program offers a valuable opportunity to gain work experience while still in school.
