Dr. Jennifer J. Ottesen
Jennifer Ottesen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biochemistry at The Ohio State University. She is a faculty member of the OSBP Biochemistry Graduate Program, the Biophysics Graduate Program, and the Chemistry-Biology Interface Training Program.  
 
Dr. Ottesen received her B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Chicago. She was an NSF Graduate Research Fellow in the laboratory of Barbara Imperiali at Caltech and MIT and received her Ph.D. in Bioorganic Chemistry in 2001. She was a Merck Postdoctoral Fellow at Rockefeller University under the guidance of Tom Muir.  Dr. Ottesen joined the faculty of OSU in 2005.
