Attendees who live outside of Ohio and who wish to drive will be reimbursed for either mileage or the cost of a round-trip economy class flight; reimbursement will be determined based on which of those costs is less expensive.
A full agenda will be posted here before the first visitation weekend. The weekends will both commence with a poster session and dinner on Friday night at the Blackwell on OSU's campus. Activities on Saturday will include meetings with faculty members, facility tours, and lunch with graduate students. The weekends will both conclude with a dinner from 6PM-9PM on Saturday night.
