Congratulations to CBC Alum, Perry Allen Frey, for receiving the Who's Who Lifetime Achievement Award! This award recognizes individuals that have achieved greatness in their industry and have excelled in their field for at least 20 years. Frey is currently Professor Emeritus at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Frey graduated from OSU with a BS in Chemistry in 1959. We had a chance to speak with Professor Frey... "Fortunately, OSU with it's excellent Chemistry Department was only 20 miles from my home, and the tuition was affordable. OSU was my gateway to the wider world. I graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry in 1959. Since then, I have been affiliated with the Universities of Michigan, Brandeis, Harvard, and Wisconsin, in addition to OSU. I regard my graduation from OSU as one of my most important and formative accomplishments."
