In-Person Fire Extinguisher Training 

TAs teaching General Chemistry lab, Prep lab student workers, and CHEM 6781 students will be required to take in-person fire extinguisher training.  

To sign up for a session, please email moore.4061@osu.edu to reserve a spot. 

Please provide the following information in your request:

• First name
• Last Name
• OSU email address
• Preferred  time slots in order-  (A, C, D)
• Appointment Type- CHEM 6781 student, UG TA, GTA, staff TA, DEMO Lab, Prep lab or other.  

You will receive a confirmation email that your request has been approved.
