The President's Research Excellence Catalyst Grant Program most recent round of funding has been geared toward cross and interdisciplinary groups.
Congratulations to Anne Co who led a proposal titled, "Radioisotopically-Substituted Perovskites for Self-Powered Energy Storage and Photonic Application" along with co-investigators, Raymond Cao and Praneeth Kandlakunta (College of Engineering), and Jose Lorie Lopez (Chemistry and Biochemistry Department).
Vicki Wysocki is a co-investigator of a project titled, "A New Paradigm in Foods for Health at Ohio State: Multi-Omics Integration in the Era of Precision Nutrition" lead by Steven Clinton (College of Medicine) and other co-investigators, Devin Peterson (College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences) and Matthew Sullivan, College of Arts and Sciences; Martha Belury and Jiangjiang Zhu (College of Education and Human Ecology).
Alexander Sokolov a co-investigator of a project titled, "Creating quantum bits based on rare-earth ions for quantum networking" lead by Ronald Reano (College of Engineering), and other co-investigators, Dan Gauthier, Ezekiel Johnston-Halperin, Roland Kawakami, and Gregory Lafyatis (College of Arts and Sciences).
