Congratulations to William Kender and Tyler Whittemore for receiving Presidential Fellowships in the Autumn 2017 competition. The Presidential Fellowship is the highest award given by the Graduate School for outstanding scholarship and supports the fellow in their final year of dissertation work. This fellowship recognizes only 24 of the over 10,000 graduate students at OSU in each biannual competition. It is especially rare for one program to receive two in the same term! Both William and Tyler started at OSU in 2013 and currently work in the lab of Claudia Turro. Congratulations William and Tyler!
