Application of NMR spectroscopy to the study of biological macromolecules. Proton and heteronuclear NMR, introduction to product operators, multidimensional spectra, proteins, nucleic acids, ligand complexes, structure determination, dynamics.
Prereq: Grad standing in Biochemistry, Biophysics or Chemistry, or permission of instructor. Not open to students with credit for 8900.01 or 8900.02.
